EQ and work
My interest as an employee
What do I need as a person? After some serious inquiry far most of the people reply: 'I’m in search for a significant existence / meaning, a life that offers me satisfaction’. Our work and career play an important role in our existence. It is therefore very important to act in time and take the steps that lead to success. The old Greeks said 'know yourself'. As a matter of fact this is the key to many answers. With the help of EQ-diagnostics you can gain much more self-understanding. That instantly offers new challenges and perspectives. The testresults will be treated confidentially. Clear agreements about privacy are made with your employer and yourself.
My interest as an employer
What is it that my company needs? It’s difficult to answer this question in general, a profound analysis of your company is needed. Nevertheless, there certainly are fundamental needs that apply to every company. Each modern entrepreneur will endorse these basic facts: faith, vision, creativity, growth, motivation. In all these central topics the human factor stands first. People lay these foundations and continue building and building. That’s why we have to invest in very different ways in people and their interrelationships. Some years ago we called this Human Resource Management. With reinforcing the emotional intelligence of our team members we invest in those people and in our company. With EQ-i we work measurable with the strength and power of your people. This will also produce measurable improvements in the performances of the company.
We use our tests ethically
The
ethical use of emotional intelligence tools for management and recruitment
demands that any tool be part of a larger evaluation process, including other
collateral information such as interviews, results of other assessment tools,
and outside sources of information. An EQ - assessment can be one part of the
hiring, advancement, or termination process, but it cannot be the sole criteria.
Before
any assessment is administered, the assessor must obtain informed consent. That
is, the respondent should have as much relevant information as is necessary for
him or her to consciously decide whether to participate in the assessment
process. The respondent should also know how the results will be used. If the
respondent is unwilling or unable to respond honestly, then it is recommended
that the assessment not be administered. The EQ-i®-assessment
contains validity indices, including an Inconsistency Index, that help determine
the truthfulness of responses. Link:
